PARDON SERVICES - $250.00 + HST

Commissionaires also offers an affordable pardon service. Let our experienced and knowledgeable operators take care of your pardon application from start to finish. There are no hidden fees and all our clients receive the same prompt and professional service.

Our operators will compile the necessary information for your application and complete all necessary background checks to support your application. This will include a fingerprint-based criminal record check, acquiring court information and local police records, obtaining relevant citizenship documents and military conduct sheets , if necessary. We then complete all of the required forms, and present them to you for signature.

Commissionaires' experienced staff will ensure all documents required are obtained in a timely mater and that your case is processed expeditiously.  We will keep you informed at each stage of the process. All records will be returned to the applicant once the pardon process has been completed.

US Travel Waivers - $399.00 + HST

Refused Entry to the United States can be extremely disappointing if not devastating; particularly in the situations listed below:

• Business Travel (meetings / training / trade shows)
• Pleasure Trips (vacation, honeymoon, travelling with children)
• Immigrating to the United States
• Temporary Study or Employment
• Retiring to the United States on a seasonal basis
• Travelling for Medical Treatment

There is also the possibility of lost employment opportunities in terms of a job offer or promotion that is contingent upon a person’s ability to travel to the United States.

Records of criminal convictions are kept on the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) computer database. CPIC is connected to the United States National Crime Information Centre (NCIC) which gives access to U.S. Customs, Immigration and State Police departments. Once a person's record has been checked by a U.S. official, it is kept on the NCIC, even after a Pardon is obtained in Canada.

The U.S. can refuse admission to any person convicted of a criminal offence. This means that if you have a criminal record, you should obtain a US Travel Waiver to ensure that you will not be turned back at the border and that you can legally travel to or through the United States.

Anyone granted a US entry waiver should be at no risk of being refused entry to the US. A US Travel Waiver overrides any personal discretion border guards may have.
